It came with computer malware and fixes needed. Well over 200 fixes needed. I had to hire a tech to set up my new computer. So many problems for him to work through, fix and work around. I was very disappointed in the lack of consumer friendliness and all the built in features that force you to buy more services. I have been a Dell customer for over 20years... so disappointed in how I am led down the path, not for improvements just manipulation to subscribe to things I might not need.
