From the speed, memory and storage, this is a laptop that in my personal opinion has no negative aspects. There's more than enough storage for tons of videos and pics and plenty of RAM for multi-tasking apps without lag.

I purchased the Dell Inspiron 15 Laptop in March 2024. I liked this computer and used it very day. One day the laptop lid was frozen in place and would not open. I contacted Dell and they were great. My laptop was fixed and returned to me quickly. The problem? Dell informed me that I am not the registered owner! I was shocked. Even after sending Dell my Amazon receipt and invoice I have not been able to register my laptop in my name. So I contacted ALPACATEC(we record serial numbers) about my laptop being registered in a stranger's name. They will not answer the question! BUYER BEWARE of this seller! So the good things about this laptop are that it is super fast. However, even after resetting some parameters to save energy and battery life, the battery seems to keep draining rather quickly. Fortunately I can keep it plugged in while I work, but would love to not have to do that forever. So I might just have to buy a new battery I guess. ... show more
