SSD failed in 5 months. Dell refused to warranty the SSD because I "Used it" The tech tried to tell me first it was physically damaged when I requested photos of the damage he backed up and said it was in fact not Damaged but had failed.     • Slower to react to the mouse than expected. Much slower than my former laptop - an ACER.
Liked: size and weight. Didn't like: screen colors (light grey are bright blue!), slow speed, forced Edge browser (finally fixed), unlit keyboard, too many restrictions on what I can download, and many others.

I bought 3 for our office and all three came with issues, one arrives WITHOUT a hard drive, another had an issue with the enter button and the other cant even handle running a Zoom call.
