Ordered April 15, 2024, it is not January of 2025 and the computer is fried, turns on, no display from the graphics card or the motherboard port. Had an issue from the beginning (the “wifi” barely works giving you maybe 2mbps) and I had to use ethernet and even then, works poorly because of how poor the motherboard is. You’re better off saving up and buying a quality pc with decent specifications ... show more

I would've given 0 stars if possible! I ordered this item as a birthday gift because it was slightly cheaper than a brand new one, it came as basically a piece of garbage. It turns on, but the fan doesn't work, the adapter that's supposed to be for WiFi won't pick up a connection 20 feet away, honestly not sure the USB ports even work consistently if at all because I got a brand new adapter and it won't connect either, and the RGB lights also are not working. Complete waste of time and money. I would have been better off buying a cheap regular computer and using it. If I can save even one person from wasting time and money on this I will be happy. The people selling these should be ashamed and Amazon really should look into them! ... show more

    • No useful support... day 3 of ownership
The reseller offers no useful tech support. After only a few hours of use I shut it down. The next day the fan started running at full speed, even while idling, basically as soon as windows loads. I reached out to the reseller and they suggested that I, the consumer, open the case, apply grease to the cpu, and check the graphics card connection. No. I am not a technician, and shouldn't have to do that on day 3 of ownership, even if I was. I will be factory resetting the unit, to see if it starts fine again. If it does, then something I installed must be causing it. If it doesn't, and immediately has the fan issue, I will be returning this unit. It also has a 6 year old processor... I can forgive the 4 year old graphics card, but a processor that old almost guarantees the need for a near immediate upgrade. ... show more

I bought this computer because I needed a high-powered machine for college 3D CAD class. I needed a machine capable of running Autodesk Inventor and was basically told to buy an i7. After researching the specifications for the software I compared them to the machine specs and decided it should work. Wow! Does it ever work. The machine I purchased (Intel Quad Core i5 up to 3.6G, GeForce GTX 1660 Super 6G...) is a beast of a powerhouse with plenty of processing power left even while running CPU & GPU intensive programs. I am very pleased with my purchase. The only thing I did not receive was a Bluetooth dongle and I am not going to get too upset about that; definitely not worth sending the machine back becasue of it. Oh, almost every review mentions it and I would be remiss if I did not but I will be a bit more clear. Purchase another WIFI adapter before your receive this computer because the one that comes with it barely works...and I mean barely. You will be glad you did, trust me. Complete piece of garbage. Worked fine for a few months then started crashing and finally wouldn’t turn on all together. Literally installed/played one game on it and it couldn’t even manage that. Waste of money, shoulda known better
