I'd give this a zero star if it was possible. After I received the PC, I went through the automated set up process and found myself looking at a Windows 11 screen. I then went to the Dell site to get any driver updates that were slated for this machine. That's when the Dell site said this machine does not have the hardware necessary for windows 11. Really?? It's running 11 right now. So I went to Microsoft and installed the PC check software and asked it to check the PC. Well, guess what? Microsoft says this PC is not compatible with windows 11. Apparently the I7 processor chipset is too old to properly run windows 11. When, in a chat, I brought this information to Amazon customer service, then ran their own research and agreed that the machine is not a windows 11 machine. Amazon offered to pick up the PC and provide a refund, which I accepted. UPS picked up the machine this morning. Moral of the story? The I7 processor in this machine does not support windows 11. Stay away from this machine!!

Does the job - needed to upgrade from Windows 10 to 11, and this thing works well. Not a gamer machine, but functional with Office apps. I have no complaints. Setup was simple - btw if you have Office 365 and want to share it to a second computer, don't forget to delete the Office 365 that comes with this before installing the other - you're welcome.

20 DAYS LATER STILL WAITING FOR REFUND, REFUND DATE HAS CHANGED 3 TIMES SCAM SCAM SCAM DO NOT BUY DO NOT BUY DO NOT BUY SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM I am extremely disappointed in this purchase for my wife. Everything started great as expected then the unit started getting extremely loud like a helicopter, I mean unbearable. I happen to have a factory version of this unit for the last 7 years that being said this seller put a sticker over the faceplate blocking the air flow for the front intake fan, however seller kept said fan connected, this is issue 1. I proceed to remove said sticker from face plate and low and behold no more helicoptor noise and no more over heating. Unit runs ok for a week or so, my wife only plays The Sims, and let me tell you when she did this graphics card got so hot within less than 5 minutes you couldn't touch it, due to inadequate air flow. Now here we are I got my wife a new game went to install and her pc wont boot, issues 2 and 3. Issue 4 I go to further investigate and not only has the disk drive been removed and eliminated before purchase, but the non factory heat sink is only finger tight leading to a 2-1 2-1 orange light, deaed motherboard, now we all know this is not due to overclocking or anything of the nature as this unit is not capable of doing so, that being said I will be putting in for a refund on this unit without prejudice and if I have learned one thing throughout this entire experience to pass on it would be DO NOT BUY THIS UNIT, PARTS ARE INCOMPATIBLE, POWER SUPPLY IS FAR TOO SMALL TO ATTEMPT TO PUSH THIS CARD, NO ADEQUATE AIR FLOW BETWEEN CARD AND POWER SUPPLY DO NOT BUY DO NOT BUY DO NOT BUY, SCAM MASS PRODUCING GOIN ON HERE

Well out of the box there were 2 screws flying around inside of the computer.... I'm not sure what they're for or if they even belong in there so I just set them on the desk doesn't seem to be affecting anything lol there is also a little chip in the cover and one of the USB ports is just little wires and pieces of metal.. so that's pretty lame. The wireless adapter they send with these computers are trash. This is the second refurbished computer I have bought where the wireless just doesnt work. I have tried all the troubleshooting you can think of for it and this thing just doesn't work so I'll have to spend some money on one that does. The monitor also has a little dead pixel, which isn't that big of a deal I guess you can barely notice it. All around I won't know if this computer does what I need it to do until I can get internet on it but the keyboard and mouse work. The ability to adjust the brightness of all these lights is pretty great. The soundbar is pretty nice it has Bluetooth or a cord to connect it with and you can unhook it and use it wireless in your yard if you wanted to lol. I haven't bothered with the Webcam yet. I think I got my $268 and change worth of items considering just the desktops themselves without a monitor are so expensive. So if you don't mind a little cosmetic and functionality issues this is a pretty good deal.
