The laptop itself is great. The ONLY thing I don’t like is that the keyboard backlighting can’t change to a different color but that’s so minor it’s not even an issue, I mostly just bring it up because I spent forever googling whether it was possible and want to save someone else that headache.

With the current COVID epidemic our grandchildren are doing virtual schooling and this Dell computer is filling the bill for that. The touch screen is like the iPads they are used to using so learning to use the computer has been an easy transition.
