The very first message I received when I turned on my ultra expensive laptop was that the BATTERY WAS PERMANENTLY DAMAGED AND NNEDED TO BE REPLACED. What a total disappointment. So now I have to box back up, print a label (somewhere) and call A shipper to come and get it. What a piece of crap.
