We purchased this bundled gaming system for our son for Christmas. The Processor was damaged and unable to function or download an operating system to actually play any games. There were also no instructions included in the box. After days of trying to get it rectified... AND calling the number for support with no call back for over a week... the IT individual also couldn't get it to work. The only option was for me to ship the Processor back. They would only send a replacement when it was shipped. I shipped it the same day and was promised that the machine would be here in 2 days. One week later, I was still waiting for the replacement. When I finally received the replacement.... something was a broken inside the machine and making noise. It will not power up and now it's been over 2 weeks from Christmas and my son still has NO FUNCTIONING GAMING BUNDLE. If I could file a suit against at the seller and Amazon for allowing this seller on their platform... I would. If I could give this a negative 100... I would ... show more

Buy at your own risk. Motherboard crashed 3 weeks after 90 day return window and I have to pay to get fixed. This was advertised as new with a refurbished windows 10 system and the company has a 90 day return window. I thought I was covered under Amazon’s 1 year warranty because of the word “new” but it is a used computer and Amazon also had a 90 day return policy. Some weeks the computer was not even used so overheating was never an issue, 2 games were downloaded and that was it. Tech Magnet should be prohibited from selling due to false advertisement. Next time I will call Amazon to confirm their return policy before I buy. ... show more

The monitor is made solid, the Keyboard and Mouse in RGB is plain luxury, its not like those super heavy ones but the clicky clacky makes u r feel it may be mechanical one. they supply you all the cables the monitors supports so just in case you need to connect to another source. Overall works well, looks good, provides value, good customer service, express delivery, happy kids.... Love it!!! ... show more
