Great Customer Support & Wonderful Computer
Style: GT 1030 Size: 24 Inch
Had an issue with a black screen presenting after dell logo appearing, but customer support (Tech Magnet) was wonderful! They helped resolve the issue, which was a cord just needed to be removed. *Edited this review to give feedback on how the computer works after using it for awhile* The specs of the computer are accurately described for one. It is more than capable of doing your essential things, like browsing, emails, social media, YouTube, Netflix, Spotify, and things like that. It can run most current games well enough on low settings. So far I’m very satisfied with my purchase, and would recommend it to others looking for a computer at a budget price range. To be a computer running windows 11 with a core i7 that includes a monitor, keyboard, mouse, and headset, it’s priced fairly. All of the included things work nicely as well! ... show more

Product only last six months!
Style: GT 1030 Size: 27 Inch
Everything worked great for six months, then the desktop CPU went out, every time I start, it freezes after 10 minutes and nothing seems to fix it. Tried to get Amazon product support, but it sends you to Dell website in Italy?!? Will not buy this product again from this company!

Had to fight to get it working and NOT a good gaming computer, barely good for office work.
Style: GT 1030 Size: 27 Inch Curved
Update: I finally got the OS to load and am doing OK. I have one broken USB port and the SD card reader does not function. The only sound is from the tower and it's pretty crappy. There is no bluetooth, so my only other options are the included headphones (I haven't tried those yet and don't want to always be wearing headphones), buying speakers to plug into the tower or buying an adapter. This is ok, but if you are buying this for a good gaming computer, don't. It lags just playing solitaire. Very disappointed, but it will get me through for what I need right now. So far this is an expensive paperweight. OS won’t load. Have tried safe mode, reinstall, etc and nothing. I tried the contact the seller issue and waited for 45 minutes with absolutely no movement or idea of what was going on other than ‘Amazon is connecting you’. I will keep working at it, but I’m guessing I’m going to end up getting a new hard drive and/or paying for a new OS. Very disappointing. ... show more

Pretty good system
Style: GT 1030 Size: 27 Inch
Pretty good system! We had to purchase a different wi-fi adaptor to handle our 5G wi-fi, which is crazy, because who is still using 2.4G??? And no, the system does not have built-in Wi-Fi. Other than this small issue, my son says the system is good for all the games he likes to play.
