Easy assembly. Webcam keyboard and mouse my keyboard doesn’t light up but it still works and functions my mouse lights up and so does the box thing. The monitor kept turning off and it maybe cord shortages in the HDMI. But it’s really good and worth it. A lot of cords tho lol

Functionality is real good, very fast, no issues at all with wifi, the colors on the desktop and headphones makes it fun to use.     • The PC I received had major issues

The PC I received was garbage. It ran ok for a few weeks, then it started having issues. It had trouble powering on and when it did, it would stay on for about 60 secs, then power off. It would repeat this process until it was unplugged. I spent about 30 mins with tech support performing different tasks while on a video app that I had to download so he could see that I was following his commands. I was instructed to remove the cover and unplug and plug different components. During the video he could clearly see the PC had issues. The unit had to be sent back before I got a replacement. I thought if I did not have the skill to open this item and preform his commands, I would not receive a replacement. The replacement is on its way when I drop the defect model off to UPS. Had an issue with a black screen presenting after dell logo appearing, but customer support (Tech Magnet) was wonderful! They helped resolve the issue, which was a cord just needed to be removed. *Edited this review to give feedback on how the computer works after using it for awhile* The specs of the computer are accurately described for one. It is more than capable of doing your essential things, like browsing, emails, social media, YouTube, Netflix, Spotify, and things like that. It can run most current games well enough on low settings. So far I’m very satisfied with my purchase, and would recommend it to others looking for a computer at a budget price range. Pretty good system! We had to purchase a different wi-fi adaptor to handle our 5G wi-fi, which is crazy, because who is still using 2.4G??? And no, the system does not have built-in Wi-Fi. Other than this small issue, my son says the system is good for all the games he likes to play.

The Dell Desktop looked worn and beat up. The monitor was new. It had head phones, camera, and a WiFi usb. There was an error message every time I turned it on. Then finally It stopped coming on.
