The screen Was hard to put together and would not stay in place and it was not a Dell.

Bought this for my daughter for Christmas. She absolutely loves it and it's holding up really well for her. Love the fact that I can upgrade it a little bit and give her that boosts to make it a little faster. Great buy for a teenager.

This item was a renewed system. When it was received it had a monitor that was scratched and manufactured in 2011. Secondly the mouse was crushed and falling apart. Third the tower did not have built-in wifi and was very old as the monitor. If you removed the cover it was filthy and had not been cleaned. I am very disappointed with this third party vendor and will make sure it is one that I will never use again. While they have authorized return.
