Came with all the specs listed, brand new. Just be aware that should any problems occur and you need to contact the manufacturer that some of these upgrades may have been done by the seller and not the manufacturer therefore should you need a new one you will need to be in contact with both. It also struggles to play a lot of programs. This was the biggest rip off ever and I can assure you I will never be purchasing an alien ware laptop. Mother just got me this and I’m about to tell her to send this trash back. Researched posts and this is a common issue with the computer, it also fails to start up correctly 50% of the time. Rather it be barely functional instead than unpredictable affecting my degree completion. Thanks AlienWare Also, prepare for updates constantly too that are forced every week and also for them to fail to update If I could go lower in review I would👍 ... show more
