im so serious when i say i never write reviews. if a product i buy has issues, i talk to amazon or the seller or return it. even if i love it, i forget to write something because i just dont think to. but this was so good i had to. immediately out of the box, it was well and safely packaged. i was worried it wouldn't be because some others weren't, but mine came okay. it smelled pretty strongly of vinyl but that quickly went away. setup was extremely quick. i skipped microsoft and made a local profile which is always the way to go, and it was up and running in minutes. i noticed complaints about the wifi usb but its worked perfectly for me, and it even comes with a bluetooth one as well and there have been no issues with either. i use this for anything from schoolwork to gaming and i cant say anything for very huge and detailed games, but I've been playing the sims 4 with ZERO lag or struggle, and minecraft runs alright as well. i have plenty of things connected to the usb ports as well and it's been no trouble at all. there's no built in speakers of course, so i have my mini google home hooked up to it as one and it's just fine. i havent opened it or anything even though i probably should've, but the outside just had very minimal dust that was easy to wipe away. i also have a very small desk (40") but it fits on top of it just fine. tldr; came well packaged and clean. everything works like its supposed to, and for just $100 it far passed expectations. wifi connectivity and bt are perfect, runs minecraft and the sims 4 like nothing. not too big or heavy either. get it!!! ... show more

The pc was only 237GB instead of 256gb but still running good. The WiFi usb that comes with is good(wifi is not built in but very easy to set up) Also comes with a mouse and keyboard didn’t expect that so no need to get that. $4 k but one video game uses 48. Percent memory. Only have 2 video games on it and it seems to hiccup while playing. Next time buying direct from Alienware.

Computer was clean and arrived quickly. Should be noted that the system is wrapped in black vinyl to hide any scratches on the metal and original coating. A very nice touch. Came with a mouse, key board and usb wifi adapter. Did a boot up not connected to the internet and everything seemed good once windows was setup. As soon as a network cord was plugged in the pre installed malware started popping up. I unplugged the network cord and start investigating. The popups were McAfee warnings, which was off since there was no record on the C drive or in windows of mcafee being installed on it. I did a completed fresh install from a usb ISO win10pro boot drive and wiped the thing bare. It now runs perfectly with no malware. ... show more
