  • Great deal!!
Great price for a good computer. I can run "7 days to die" pretty fast. Only issue i had was a problem connecting a VGA monitor, but upon contacting them they told me it was because the PC has a dedicated graphics card and offered to send a VGA to HDMI adapter at no cost. Great service, great computer! ... show more

  • Tower is great!
The actual tower is working out great. Sims 4 runs fast with almost all expansions. The WiFi dongle crapped out on me. Had to get a new one. Also the keyboard and mouse that come with it are cheap and you will want something else. Overall I'm happy so far.

  • Fast delivery
For the price this pc is great, I haven't had a chance to do that much gaming yet but the one game that I did try so far is far cry primal and it runs smooth on high settings. So far I am very satisfied with this product. The only downside is that it came with a usb wifi dongle instead of built-in wireless but for the price I'm not complaining, I would for sure recommend this computer. ... show more

  • Didn't work - cost $85 to fix.
Ordered this to play Sea of Thieves with my kid. Loved that it had everything but the monitor. I already had a monitor and it was fine. It never got past the "connecting to Microsoft" blue screen. Messaged them. They responded after a few hours. Went through all the their help. They first claimed it was the SSD. They needed me to take apart the computer to take a picture of the SSD for them. I'm not familiar with doing any of that. I spent more than an hour finding YouTube videos trying to learn how to do it. They needed me to send back the other SSD. Which I did and they sent me a new one. My kid helped install it with YouTube help a family member who walked him through over the phone. STILLLLLLLLLL didn't get past the blue connection screen. They walked me through trying to create a local account. Windows 10 disabled that feature, they require you to have an internet connection and connect. No idea why it won't connect or work. I did what they said. Still no change. They finally asked for my phone number so they verbally walk me through it. I spent hours trying to search for an answer. I'm irritated at this point. I mean they didn't double check to make sure it did what it needed to do before it went out? I finally called a computer repair company who said they believe this is fixable. So I took it to them. They said the windows system files are corrupt. $85 to put Windows on their correctly. They're also going to test everything else to make sure it's correct and working. Yeahhh, if I could go back.... Woulda picked something else. Maybe watch a few videos and build your own? You'd probably go through less havoc. ... show more

  • Refurbished
I checked the hardware when the computer came in, and it had a significantly weaker processor than it was supposed to have. There was a bit of back-and-forth with tech support, but eventually they had me send them the 2.2 GHz processor so they could ship me the correct one. They ended up sending me a processor that was actually slightly better than the Intel i7 4770 3.4 GHz (a 3.6 GHz). All is forgiven. ... show more

Haven't hooked it up as of yet. trying to wait till the Internet cools down with all this mess.If they can remove things off the computer now they can get in the New One also, which I DO NOT Want...I will try it out probably in March. The ASUS Company will back it I would guess since it's a Brand new Computer..Be glad when I get to use it though.. ... show more

  • Dysfunctional keyboard and audio jack
Update: Costumer service seems good and offered to replace the keyboard. I have now found the headphone adapter in the front of the pc is not accepting a 3.5mm audio jack. There seems to be some physical block which means the jack sticks out about 1/8" and the headphones can't connect. Original: The computer seems fine - the keyboard came dysfunctional. Most of the number keys don’t work so I can’t even log in to my email. ... show more
