It reads, with Microsoft Office Lifetime License & Windows 11 Pro. To my surprise, I could not get Windows to Activate. Apparently when you purchase a Computer now, you have to purchase a Windows Key, it's not included with the purchase. Yes the computer still works but you can not use a lot of little extra things that come with a computer, like a screen saver, yes you can use your own pic. but that's not the point. I do not want something that cost hundreds of dollars to open and realize I have to spend a couple hundred more to Activate it. I've been a Dell user for 15 years so this is very disappointing for me. It's like a Cell Phone bill keep upgrading with dollars. UPDATED: The seller was very helpful and helped me resolve the problem. I'd never heard of S Mode before. ... show more
