    • Doesn’t have lighted keyboard like in description on Amazon Prime.

Unfortunately, we have poor lighting in our home, so I ordered this model because the description included a lighted keyboard. When we receive the laptop, we found that wasn’t the case. This model doesn’t have touch screen like you asked about either.
