Lots of heel support. I bought these to have a good running shoe with toe and sole support, and there's not a ton of toe support at the front of the shoe, but they do the job. I don't really consider them running shoes because they have such a big heel support where when you're running, you should have more support on your toes because you are running on your toes. ... show more
