I received the laptop in 3 days. It only took me 10 minutes to setup and download updates. Boots up very fast. No lag time. Everything is very smooth and is very easy to navigate. Speakers sound very nice and rich. This is the best laptop I've had. Highly recommend. Thank you and God bless

Had to upgrade to a Windows10 unit and it does fit the bill, but often it just stalls and I have to reset it. (several times a week) But easy to use as a kitchen laptop. The frustration is likely a Microsoft issue, but even with a IT background, I find it puzzling and troubling sometimes. I am very careful with my hardware, so don't thing I am causing the issues. ... show more

Here is my feedback: It has been more than a month and I have found no issues. The boot is very fast, makes less noise and the touch screen works good. All in all a good product and I am happy to have it. Also not to forget the customer care service of DELL !! really good.
