    • Learning curve to get used to

I've had some issues. Maybe more of a learning curve. This is my 3rd portable dishwasher. The other 2 did not hook up to the faucet. They had a tank you filled with a pitcher and a drain hose that went into the sink. The first one lasted 3 years. The 2nd one just over a year. It was then I decided to try one the hooked to the faucet. Thinking since it was more expensive it might be a better machine. Negatives: I have it on a rolling cart. It is much heavier. As I push it its wants to slide off cart. I had to buy a rubber mat. That fixed that problem. Then there are the hoses and electric cable. Had to figure out a way to corral those. Found some 3M cable holders and stuck them to the back. That fixed that problem. Then the water hose retains about 1 1/2 cups of water after you detach it from the faucet. As you coil it up to put it away it runs all over the floor. Had to buy a bucket to put on the floor to drain the hoses into. That fixed that problem. Then the hoses themselves thread to the back of the machine. They are all plastic to plastic. Very easy to over tighten and ruin the connection. But if you don't get them tight, they leak. I have to double check them each time I use it to make sure they are tight. Most of the time they aren't. Sometimes the soap pod gets stuck in the dispenser. Positives: it's very quiet. It does a great job of washing the dishes. It's much larger than my other ones. It looks nicer. The negatives I think are inherent to portable dishwashers in general so you can't really fault it for those. Except for the connections. That could be better. All in all I'm happy.
