Description

This Litever mini dehumidifier is compact in dimensions but with an optional drainage hose. Built with an external power adapter to transform 110VAC into 9VDC to feed the dehumidifier body, this portable dehumidifier is safe to use in homes. It's suitable for small bathrooms, basement, RV, camper, closet, gun safe, etc. Unlike many other small dehumidifier, this Litever dehumidifier is with an optional drainage hose. It become very useful, especially when it's used in small bathroom, RV. You can use the silicone drainage hose for non-stop drainage. This Litever mini dehumidifier is with a class 2 certified external power adapter, while many others just have a 100~240VAC plug to feed the dehumidifier body directly. The class 2 external power adapter will transform 110VAC into 9VDC to feed the dehumidifier body, which helps to avoid any possible danger when you touch the dehumidifier body. External power adapter with lifespan over 15000 hours. High quality Peltier and DC fans with long lifespan. It's very useful when you use this dehumidifier inside moving RV, camping travel trailer. If the dehumidifier works in a room with open doors or windows, the humid air will keep coming in to offset the work of the dehumidifier. The higher the environment temperature, the better the performance of the dehumidifier. You will not see obvious dehumidification effect, when the room temperature is lower than 59℉/15℃. The higher the relative humidity, the better the performance of the dehumidifier. You will not see obvious dehumidification effect, when the relative humidity is lower than 45%RH. If you use 1 of this mini dehumidifier in a room much bigger than 108 ft², probably, the dehumidification will be slow. However, you can use 2 or 3 units when your room is bigger than 108 ft²/10 m². The lid of the water tank must cover the tank well 100%, before you put it back into the dehumidifier body. Otherwise, the water tank may get stuck in the dehumidifier body or even damage the inner parts. It's normal for it to make a little noise when it's working. Usually, it will be less than 30dB, when the testing equipment is 3 ft away from it.

  • Inexpensive and effective as long as you can use it properly
This is a small dehumidifier meant for a small space. Nothing more, nothing less. The positive aspect about this unit is that it is one of the least expensive dehumidifier has the ability to use a drain hose, so you can have the hose running to a drain and never worry about having to empty the tank, perfect for enclosed spaces such as bathroom or small kitchen. The design is simple and straightforward, with one button that powers it on and off. It works using thermoelectric heat pump to create condensation. An internal fan draws air from the rear of the unit, where the air is then introduced to a Peltier plate to separate the moisture, with the dry air being expelled from the top vent. Being a heat pump, it will not work when the ambient temperature is too cool or too hot. On casual observation, the fan does appear to be weak, not drawing in much air from its surrounding. However, that is intentional as having a fan that moves too much air will not allow the air to have enough dwell time where the chilled plate is to reach the dew point necessary to create condensation. I have the unit sitting on a shelf inside the bathroom. I have a small air circulator to move the air to prevent stagnation, and that should assist with dehumidifying process. The drain hose leads into the toilet tank, so I never have to worry about emptying out the dehumidifier. It's removed quite a bit of humidity since the installation, more so than having just the ventilation fan running. ... show more

  • You get what you paid for
Worked fine for 2 months and then stopped working. Was nice while it lasted. Used the house to drain into overflow hole in sink.

  • A small dehumidifier that's working well in our small bathroom
This thing is really pulling its weight in our small bathroom. Our landlord refuses to install a vent fan even though we offered to pay for it, and opening the window is NOT cutting it. :') We have a desiccant bag and a desiccant bucket in the bathroom already and still that place stays humid and dank no matter what we do. We already owned a dehumidifier similar to this one that we keep in the closet with the washer and dryer, so we purchased this one since it looked practically the same but was $20 cheaper. It works swimmingly. We've had it running 24/7 since purchase -- July 14, 2025. It is now October 20, 2025. The one time we got worried about it was when lightning struck 400 feet from our house and when the power came back it was making this awful loud buzzing sound. Unplugging it and plugging it back in solved it though so who knows what that was lmao. The little container fills up every few days and my husband takes it down to empty it. It still hasn't solved our bathroom problem (I don't think anything will short of a VENT FAN, are you LISTENING Bob??) but it's made a noticeable dent, at least. That said, I don't think it would work half as well in a bigger space. It's very small. Our bathroom is also very small. Keep your expectations to scale. UPDATE: Bought a second one since we struggle with condensation on our windows so bad that one of them cracked last winter (once again, thank you landlord for listening soooo much to us when we came to you with the issue). We don't want to repeat the problem so have taken additional mitigation efforts this year. Started seeing condensation again in the bedroom overnight, which is the biggest problem area, so we shoved this in there behind the curtain. It seems to be doing the job!! It got to 19 degrees last night and we woke up to a dry window for the first time ever at that temp. Thank youuuu little dehumidifier that could!!! ... show more

  • So far, worth the buy.
***UPDATE:*** These do not have built in pumps to use the hose unless the hose is set to drain using gravity to a drain at a lower level than the unit. This caused me not to be able to use the continually draining function using the hose at all. Still a good buy otherwise. Only been plugged in for about 30 mins and already pulled water from a closet I did not think was humid. It's small enough that it's not in the way or cumbersome. I've put one in my closet and bathroom. I will be buying a third to put by the back door. I also put a small sheer baggie filled with laundry beads on top where the air blows out and makes the area smell nice. It's also quiet. I have 1 big 50 pint dehumidifier from a different brand for a full level in my 3 level house and it works very well. The differences though is these little ones are far quieter, portable, able to be place in multiple key places versus one big loud one in one place only. I will give these time though based on some of the negative reviews a d update with any changes, if any. ... show more

  • Much better design
Works great. I have one in each bathroom to help stuff dry out faster. I love that you can bypass the reservoir and just have the condensation go straight down the silicone tubing into the sink.

  • Died after 6 months
Worked fine for 6 months, then stopped working and started blinking with no indication what that means. Great option for 40 bucks, but don't expect it to last

  • Bathroom dehumidifier
Perfect for my bathroom! Used to have water condense on my A/C duct cover when I shower. Now with this in there it has significantly reduced the condensation. Drains right into my sink.

  • Do not buy
I purchased this unit to run in a closet and it managed to last just over 30 days before it stopped working. I followed all the recommendations from the manufacturer and no luck. Definitely very poor quality and I would not recommend purchasing this dehumidifier.
