Rating summary - 4.8 out of 5 stars This will help dehumidifier smaller spaces in your home to prevent mold from growing and to keep the environment suitable for most household items you own (most things say they should be stored in a somewhat cool/dry environment. The good: 1-It works. I used it in a bathroom after a warm shower because it doesn’t have an exhaust fan. It got up to about 75% and I turned it on after and it got it back down to about 50% in about 45 minutes. I also tested it out in a larger bedroom on a very humid day where I live and it reduced the humidity by 7% over the course of 4 hours. I know it doesn’t sound like much but that will be noticeable to most humans. I think I could have improved its efficiency by circulating the air in the room a little better with a fan too. 2-It’s compact so it can easily fit in the small rooms you want to dehumidify 3-Low energy consumption 4-Auto-defrost mode 5-Auto-shut off feature when the water basin is filled to a certain level. It also visually displays that it is full by emitting a red light which is also helpful. 6-Low noise level. I recorded between 32-36 dBA (close to the product page) 7-It is lightweight and easy to move around if you need to move it. The tiny “opportunities” that definitely aren’t deal breakers: 1-It has a touch sensitive button control panel. I would have loved it to have a physical switch so I could easily turn it on and off via a smart plug. 2-if you take out the bin *right after you unplug the dehumidifier* there is some residual water left in the device that will drip into the slot where the water basin fits into. If you turn it off and wait a little bit and then take out the bin, that won’t happen. 3-The inlet air filter did not seem very sturdy. When it gets plugged up with dust and you have to clean it I believe that it might not survive very thorough cleaning. *The good thing is that you could probably get away with buying one of those window screen patches and replacing the original mesh screen if it gets damaged. Final thoughts: No regrets here. This already has proven its worth and will definitely come in handy in the future. I will be using it mostly in the bathroom, storage room, or possibly pantry closet as needed. I actually think I will get another so I don’t have to move it around all the time. The unit is pretty small, but it seems to be working well since the bottom had water in it after a couple hours of use during a warmer and higher humidity day that followed a prior day of rain. I don't think it would handle rooms much larger than maybe a small bedroom or bathroom from observations, but that's to be expected. It uses about 37-38w during usage with the light turned on. That's on the low side for a dehumidifier, so not bad at all and pretty efficient. You can turn the LED off, but it doesn’t yield much electrical savings which is why I just leave it on as a visual operational aid. Nonetheless, it's a neat device and I've always wanted one for when humidity is a bit higher than normal. Humidity doesn't always get bad here, so I can’t say how it would work in very humid 60%+ environments. I still have some more testing to do and will provide updates if I notice anything.

I have a pretty small bathroom and sometimes the walls is sweating after a shower. There's a ceiling fan yes, but sometimes it's not the most effective. I had this turn on throughout the shower ran it overnight to capture as much moisture as possible. I have two images, the first is immediately after the shower, then the second is in the morning after running the dehumidifier all night. Immediately after the shower the dehumidifier was already able to capture some droplets. This is huge as I was only in the shower for some 15 minutes. Also, I've owned other dehumidifiers and they were not able to capture any moisture at all. This one on the other hand seems to be more sensitive. After running overnight, there's a small pool that's formed in the container. I was pleasantly surprised as I wasn't expecting anything more! But whoa and behold, there it was, a small pool. I perhaps could have increased its performance by elevating its height to potentially expose the dehumidifier to more vapors, but I don't have a way to safely reach that height so that's a project for another time. I've been very impressed with this dehumidifier. It works great and is sensitive to capture moisture. It also looks great, and the blue led button is helpful to know when the device is on, though you can turn it off too whether the dehumidifier is on or off. The quality of the material looks and feels good, there's nothing else I can think of that can make this dehumidifier better. If they can lower its price, great, but if not, still a tremendous value for the performance it's able to deliver.

I’ve been using this in my filament 3D printing room where I have to keep the filament very dry, and it works well for a small unit. It’s very quiet, to where I really barely can hear it when I listen, and it definitely helps reduce humidity, I do use it along with some absorbing bead bags but between the both of them I can definitely tell the difference. No "muggy" feel on days that I am feeling it in the rest of the house. It’s lightweight and easy to move around, and the water tank is simple to remove and empty. I also like that it shuts off automatically when full. Keep in mind, this isn’t meant for large rooms or in super high humidity environments. It's not "superman". It’s best for bedrooms, bathrooms, or closets. Overall, a great little dehumidifier for the price. Reliable, quiet, and easy to use.
