EDIT: AlohaAir has graciously offered me a refund for the product. That is Excellent Customer Service. Upping my 3 stars to a 4 star for service. If you don't have a need to set-it-and-forget-it, the unit works and the company is honest. I've just set this unit up in my basement with the drainage cord so it can dehumidify without my having to empty a tank. I bought this to replace a unit that i had for 4 years and it was super for those years, but sadly no longer available. It never turned itself off, it drained into the basement sink, and it even restarted after power outages (which we have pretty frequently). So i hoped this would replace my old friend. But in reading the booklet, i discover that this unit will turn itself off in 96 hours. That's only 4 days. Why? Why not a week? I could check the thing once a week but every four days? I'm not happy. As to whether it works, how well, etc... time will tell but i will be looking for a unit that doesn't just turn off. ... show more

Works great for keeping humidity down in the RV when in storage. Compact enough to set in the bathtub and let hose run into the drain.

Didn't work as advertised. Put it in my grow tent to keep the humidity at around 50%. It should have worked fine for such a small space. It would shut itself off after only an hour. Even tried setting the timer for 23hrs. Never worked for more than a couple hours. It came with a drain hose, which I used but the catch bin never filled enough to even need the drain. I also bought it a month before I needed it, so now I missed the return window. Worth mentioning, it came with a 20$ to leave a 5star review. ... show more

I use this when we get a rainy week.. and it’s muggy out. I didn’t need a large unit… soo easy to use! Not heavy! I can move it easily where I need it. An awesome product !

This is a great product well easy to maintain I had a minor flood in my basement and since I've had high humidity and not just a couple of hours already half way filled up.

    • Small dehumidifier
This is a small dehumidifier that can easily sit on a counter or be hidden in a small area of the room. It seems to work ok but it could use some improvements to make it really great. It has a timer that maxes out at 96 hours. I do wish it had an option for continuous running while only automatically shutting off when the tank gets full. I also wish that the screen would give an indication of the actual percentage of humidity in the room. Instead it just shows a different color depending on the level of humidity (green, blue, or red). I think that the screen is probably showing accurately in that it does show red in the morning hours, which is when humidity is generally higher. So obviously the detection of this dehumidifier is working but it would be nice if I could see exactly what percentage it is at. It is nice that it has an option for adding aromatherapy but I probably won't use that much as I have several aromatherapy diffusers. Still it is a nice option. ... show more
