    • Quiet and efficient!
Bought this for a hot kitchen with no air conditioning. Very convenient sizing. Works quietly and has large capacity water storage so it doesn't need to be emptied often. Cool lighting with a ton of different colors and shades. Great cord length. Overall does what it says it does, dehumidifies.

I just realized it's not working after a month of purchase. The dehumidifier isn't absorbing any water. I trusted the high ratings when I bought it, but I can't understand why. This purchase has made me lose faith in Amazon ratings. I can't even get a refund because the return period has passed. This is the worst product I've ever bought on Amazon. This dehumidifier doesn't work, and I won't recommend it to anyone. ... show more

Nice product. Only concern is that it doesn't remember to restart after a loss of power. Put it on a desktop UPS to solve that minor problem.

    • Will not dehumidify to a reasonable level
It’s nice looking and has a strong fan, but per page 4 of the manual, it will not dehumidify below 55%, and this can’t be adjusted. Maybe that’s fine for a wet bathroom but not for general comfort, which is 45% or lower. I’m returning it.

    • Cannot adjust goal RH, also does not work well
This device is not good. I am not sure how it has such good reviews. First of all, it does not dehumidify below 55% RH. It says this in the manual, but not in the listing. I had an area in an unconditioned part of the attic that was 65% RH. I plugged it in and ran it for 2 days and it got out maybe 2 tablespoons of water. Manila states if below 55% RH, the fan will run but will not dehumidify. When I first plugged it in, it showed 50% RH, not 65% shown by a humidistat. Lastly, you cannot adjust the goal humidity. It is either on above 55%, or off with the fan running for below 55%. Not at all what is needed for the space I have it in. ... show more
