I used this dehumidifier for 3 weeks in an 8x10 closet I use for my sewing fabric. I emptied the reservoir of about a quarter of a cup a day. Crazy since it's summer on the coast of South Carolina. I put a Damp-Rid single use bag in the same room and it was filled in 2 days. I have returned the dehumidifier.

Very impressed. My house has been very humid lately to the point that papers and book pages were warping. This machine started making a difference the first day. It was super simple to set up. It’s quiet and efficient. The design is sleek and much smaller than I anticipated. It has an automatic shutoff when the tank is full. My shower and room has such bad ventilation, we get so much pink mold growing on the shower curtain, etc. Towels never seem to fully dry. I also air dry my clothes on a rack and the entire room gets damp it’s awful. I almost got decision paralysis looking for a dehumidifier and eventually went for this cost efficient option and so glad I did! Fixed my issues, it’s quiet, shipped super fast, and can run for days before having to empty tank. The lights on it make it look like a fancy PC haha.
