  • Amazing quality sprayer. Powerful. Worked perfectly with my Dewalt batteries.
Color: Bright Yellow
I live in a large property in the middle of the woods and I end up spending so much time every year killing weeds. And I end up spending a good amount of money weed killing sprays, like Round Up. Whenever I see professional landscapers killing weeds, they always use these backpack sprayers. So, after I did some research into it, even though there is an upfront cost in buying a backpack sprayer, in the long run you will save a lot of money because the sprayers allow you to buy less-expensive, concentrated weed-killer solutions that you mix with gallons of water. And in my case because of my large property which is in the middle of the woods and is filled with weeds, it won’t take long before this backpack sprayer becomes well worth it. So, when I saw that this DeForce 4.3 gallon sprayer runs off DeWalt batteries, I knew it would be perfect for me since I have a ton of DeWalt batteries. When the sprayer arrived, I was immediately impressed with the quality. The sprayer is made from very thick, durable plastic. It is a very solid material, but at the same time, it is lightweight which is very important because it will be filled with heavy gallons of water. The backpack straps are padded and very comfortable to put on your shoulders. And it was extremely easy to use. You pretty much fill it with water and the weed killer solution. Pop in the battery and pull the trigger on the wand. That’s it!! And I like how there is a compartment with a locking lid where you insert the battery, which guarantees that my expensive DeWalt batteries will stay dry. And there are 6 different nozzles to choose from – each with a different spray pattern. There are also extenders which you can attach to make your wand longer. And finally, there is a knob which you can fine-tune and adjust the pressure. And at its highest pressure, this sprayer is extremely powerful. I tested it out by spraying water over my roof from the backyard. And the water reached my front yard. It was awesome!! I can’t find one flaw with this backpack sprayer. I do have some back issues, so I didn’t even try filling it with 4 gallons of water. Instead, I filled it with 2 gallons of water and weed killing solution, which was very comfortable to carry around. And I lowered the PSI, so I ended up spraying a large area before I needed to refill it again. And looking at similar sprayers online that are compatible with DeWalt batteries, this DeForce sprayer is reasonably priced at $90, especially considering its quality. And in my opinion, it is definitely built to last for many years of use. I highly recommend it – you will not be disappointed. ... show more

  • Outstanding Budget-Brand Backpack Sprayer Outstanding Budget-Brand Backpack Sprayer
Color: Bright Yellow
Very impressed with this Battery Powered Backpack Sprayer, this feature list is actually quite solid considering the price point. My take on it: 0–73 PSI adjustable pressure — that’s a useful range for everything from misting to stronger jet spray. 4.3 gallon tank — standard professional size. 6 nozzles + telescopic wand — typical versatility package you see even on pricier models. Backpack + battery-powered pump — big upgrade over manual pumping for yard work or light commercial use. DeWalt battery compatibility (DCB series) — this is a major selling point if you already own DeWalt tools. For homeowner use (weeds, fertilizer, insecticide, light cleaning), this setup is more than enough. I'm personally using it to spray for weeds and dare I say I think I might actually enjoy doing it now. It has VERY good pressure with an adjustable psi which is nice. The tank is 4.3 gallons which is enough to hold several jugs of weed killer. The backpack straps are padded and not uncomfortable, there is also a kind of padding on the back of the tank itself which helps with comfort a bit too. I have not experienced any issues with it getting too uncomfortable to carry, but I also haven't completely filled the tank up yet and carried it around, so there's that. There are 6 nozzle options. I didn’t use all of them yet, but swapping them out is simple enough. The extendable wand also helps more than I thought it would, especially for reaching the back corners of fences and higher spots. Build quality feels good overall. The tank seems sturdy and I haven’t noticed any leaking so far. Overall, I’d say this is a solid 5-star buy for the price. ... show more

  • Makes it easy to carry large quantity of liquid saving time
Color: Bright Yellow
This liquid sprayer holds just over 4 gallons, and that alone has saved me a ton of time on bigger jobs. Nobody enjoys stopping every few minutes to refill a tiny jug — this solves that problem completely. Tip: make sure your battery is compatible, because the sprayer doesn’t come with one. It includes several different spray heads, each giving you a different angle or pattern depending on what your project needs. Between the capacity, the versatility, and the ease of use, it’s been a solid upgrade for my workflow. This prayer can be used for weed control chemicals or Pest Control chemicals. ... show more

  • No more pumping.
Color: Bright Yellow
This thing is awesome. after putting in a nicely charged battery, it took about 2 seconds to pump up to pressure and I was able to go around and start spraying weeds. To start, make sure you put the correct tip on and tighten all the connections tightly otherwise it will leak. Secondly, if you're using some chemical like Roundup, wear the appropriate protective gear. I am using just the following: 1 gallon of vinegar, 1 tablespoon of dish soap and 1 cup of salt. This filled up the tank about half way and I was able to start spraying immediately. I am using a non-oem dewalt size 18v battery and it works fine even on the highest setting. the battery compartment is rather small so you probably won't be able to use an adapter with some other brand of battery. So stock up on those DeWalt batteries. I charged my 5Ah battery to about 2/3 full and started spraying. after about half an hour of spraying, I finished and the battery still had over 30 percent left. The machine made constant hums while in use and the spray was nice and strong the entire time. it was nice not having to pump the other sprayer bottle every 5 minutes to continue spraying. I'm extremely happy with this sprayer. Using this as a backpack wasn't so bad. fully full, it still weighed less that a backpack full of college books. But everything weighs less that a backpack full of college books. ... show more

  • Makes Spraying Large Areas Faster, Easier, and Much Less Exhausting
Color: Bright Yellow
After years of using handheld and pump-style sprayers, switching to this battery-powered backpack sprayer was a huge upgrade. If you regularly spray weeds, apply lawn treatments, handle pest control, or maintain larger properties, this saves both time and effort. The biggest benefit is not having to stop and manually pump pressure every few minutes. The battery-powered system maintains consistent spray pressure, allowing you to focus on coverage instead of constantly working the pump handle. That alone makes longer spraying sessions significantly more comfortable. The 4.3-gallon capacity strikes a nice balance between runtime and portability. It holds enough solution to cover a substantial area before needing a refill while remaining manageable to carry. The backpack design distributes weight well, and the shoulder straps are comfortable enough for extended use. I was also impressed by the spray performance. The adjustable pressure settings allow you to tailor the output depending on the job. Lower settings work well for delicate applications, while higher pressure provides excellent reach and coverage for larger treatment areas. The included assortment of spray nozzles adds versatility. Whether you're targeting weeds, treating fence lines, applying fertilizer, spraying shrubs, or handling general property maintenance, there's usually a nozzle option that fits the task. Assembly was straightforward, and everything needed to get started was included. The controls are simple to understand, and the battery provided enough runtime to complete multiple projects before needing a recharge. ... show more

  • This is a good sprayer so far.
Color: Bright Yellow
I had the opportunity to use this over the weekend and am very impressed. So here are some things I found helpful. First, the capacity was really helpful for the big job I had. We have over 3 acres that I needed to spray a perimeter around and I went into this thinking it would take more than one tank. I ended the whole process without having to refill. Make sure you check the tightness of all the connections though, it did not come tightened enough. Also, if I was going to wish for something, I would wish for there to be some information about all the different tips that come with the kit. There wasn't anything, which is fine, I can figure it out but documentation about the reason why you may decide on this head vs that one, would be good. Since this uses Dewalt batteries, that is fantastic. No need to use some proprietary battery - I have another sprayer that uses it's own batteries and it could be problematic if I have to stop and charge. The sprayer has a dial to adjust the amount of pressure and distance and I had it set about half way, which did a great job of spraying about 5' with the nozzle setting I was using. It worked flawlessly and it was very helpful. No issues at all. Yet. ... show more
