Waste of money, it lasted two cuttings, First time a small rock went through it, Second cutting it fell off, completely broken at the mounting point, pure trash, save your money, I threw mine in the trash ( I should have returned it )

Installed somewhat ok needed it was a bit tight but matched the original mostly but as for the quality of it well... It does discharge out of the side like it should but my very first mow the entire end of it cracked and by the time I got to my 4th mow the end of it has completely flown off into the lawn. If you want a cheap fix fast this works but it will not last the durability on this as abismal

The chute was very tight to fit over the opening, should loosen up over time. Otherwise seemed like the correct part.

The reason for one star is that it looks like the original. Item did not fit properly and required cutting and grinding. The holes for the attachment rod and spring were not precise requiring over an hour to install. It failed after five minutes of operation. Ordered a factory replacement from Sears. It fit precisely and took 5 minutes to install.
