This past January I ordered the base model smart toilet. At the time of purchasing the product description here on Amazon as well as on the manufacturer website stated that the base model had a Bidet feature. I ordered the toilet for a client who was going to be having surgery and needed a Bidet to aid them during recovery. I ordered the toilet a couple months before installation would happen. I left the toilet in the box so it would not get damaged during transport or construction. When I was ready to install I found the toilet did not have the Bidet feature. I contacted Amazon and they shipped me a replacement and scheduled a pickup for the return. After receiving the replacement, it also did not include the Bidet. I contacted Amazon again and this time they told me to keep the toilet and refunded me the cost. I then contacted Deer Valley and explained that I am a contractor who purchases and uses many of their products for my clients. I explained the situation with my order on Amazon and with my client. They quickly responded with a request for some verifying information. After receiving the information, they immediately contacted me and said that they would ship the advanced model including the Bidet feature at no cost in order to maintain a positive experience and happy customer. I cannot say enough how amazing both Amazon and Deer Valley were to work with to resolving the situation. The listing has since been fixed to not state all the models include the Bidet feature. My client was able to at least have a toilet after returning from their surgery due to Amazon. Due to Deer Valley was able to get the Bidet feature model free of charge and use during their recovery. There are not many companies still out there that believe in a positive customer experience. I highly recommend any of the smart toilet models from Deer Valley. Although you may pay a little more than competitors, you will make up for it in quality and customer support. Thank you Deer Valley and Amazon for an amazing customer service experience.

Excellent design and great material. A true smart toilet that I could not imagine that it would come with integrated flush and easy flush button to push etc. So elegant design. My boy loved it after we ibstalled in his bathroom.

Heated seat: 10/10 Pre-wash: 10/10 Flush: 8/10 (might have to flush twice for bigger messes) Auto flush: 10/10 Night light: 10/10 Lid open: 10/10 Lid close: 8/10 (I wish it would have an adjustment setting to where it closes then flushes, this only occurs for the men stand up peeing when you click the button on the bottom it will close then flush. When sitting it wish flush then a long while after it will close) Front and rear spray cleaner: 7/10 (you are able to adjust the nozzle forward or backward however it is not a separate adjustment for front and back) Nozzle self wash: 0/10 (un why the water minimally drips on the top of the nozzle and most slips underneath it so nothing is getting cleaned, I will have to call the company to see how to fix). Air dry: 8/10 (careful with the hottest setting it can burn, if it had more force it might dry better don't expect a full dry, but even if you're still damp at least its clean water not dirty water) Bidet function: 9/10 (other than the aforementioned it cleans for the most part pretty good, the pressure can be adjusted, I think it would be better if it had more than one hole on the nozzle to get a better clean and so everything its spraying off of you doesn't splash all over the toilet...you will have to clean the toilet if you have a messy taco night...otherwise, ladies enjoy lol 😉) Material: 10/10 (this toilet is porcelain and obviously the bidet system is plastic) Overall rating: 8/10 (its great for the price! Deervalley gives u a 1 year warranty. It's not kohler nor the kohler price. But for budget friendly remodel or bathroom updates this is a perfect modern addition. It is convincent and honestly cool for never having had a smart toilet with bidet system. It looks sleek and modern. I love the cleanliness because it is a straight base no nooks and crannies to clean around that collect dust. The price is awesome, only about 100-150 more than a standard toilet. The install can be a little cumbersome just know the skinniest plumbing line goes to the bottom portion of the filter that should help figure out the other 2 (main water-resistant from side of filter to the flushing on the top left of the toilet).

The media could not be loaded. I attached the pictures to help whoever need to install the smart toilet, you need to loosen the one plastic screw, this way, you can. Jist lift the bidet function up and pull it back so you can align the flange bolt on the floor. Make sure you have access to 120 volt outlet. Been using this for almost 2 months, it cleans our behind in style, warm water, warm heat, adjustable with the remote. Built quality is great so far. The height are perfect for our family, very comfortable. Definitely recommend.

I'm 6'3 and so is my spouse, minus a foot. I own two of these. Only one is installed and has been for about 6 months now when we renovated that bathroom. We love it, it's been incredible. We are installing the second one soon as we renovate the bathroom it's going into. I'm currently placing a third order for our kid's bathroom now. Pros: heated seat, heated water, auto flush, auto open seat, pre-rinsing the bowl once seated, air ventilation when you're doing your stinky business. Cons: Toilet seat and cover are plastic, likely for the seat to heat up quickly and to keep the weight minimal for the auto-open and close. Sometimes I notice a whining sound that isn't the air filtration and I'm hoping this isn't something that will worsen over time or fail. It's only been 6 months and it's an expensive fixture.
