I've used another named brand to mix with the wet food for a few years. My rescue Shepherd is a super picky eater, so we cannot mix more than a handful with the wet food. Sometimes she manages to eat the wet food and spit out the dry food. The dry food has the nutrients, so I want her to eat that food! So far, she hasn't spit out or puked up any of this. So, this might not be worth the money for you, but it is for me!!!! I don't want to pretend that she would eat this without the canned food, because she won't, but she does eat this. ... show more

My Maltese is a very picky eater and the only thing she would eat before is NUTRO ULTRA Adult Weight Management High Protein Natural Small Breed Dry Dog Food or Old Mother Hubbard dog biscuits and Greenies. Amy Bichon is a senior. He is 14 but a very playful and energetic boy still! He is a very fussy eater and I can’t tell you how many different brands of dog food we have tried. I opened the bag when it arrived and took out a few pieces and he “woofed” it down!!! I fed him this in the morning with a little of wet food alongside because that’s how we have always had to get him to eat. Normally he will eat the wet food and then his dry. Not this time. He went straight for the dry food and ate it all first. I hope this helps with his allergies. I am just so happy he likes the taste! ... show more
