    • It's cracked internally and leaks
So we finally installed the toilet and it's been leaking. We changed the wax ring twice and also tried one of those rubber gasket type seals and still there is a leak. My husband got down with a flashlight and looked up inside the toilet in the hollow area where you bolt it down and he says he sees cracks that look like they have caulk of some sort over them. Our bathroom remodel took longer than expected so since we purchased it in late May and have finally installed it early November we are way past the return window. I see other people have also complained that they received broken toilets and the toilet isn't even available for sale at the time of this review, hopefully it won't become available again to save other people the hassle of dealing with a broken toilet. We will probably try to recaulk it and see if we can get the leaking to stop but eventually we will probably need to get a new toilet all together. It's a shame because it is a very nice clean looking toilet. I like the design but If I had it to do over again I would not buy this toilet. ... show more

    • Not as great as we were hoping
The lid/seat gets loose really frequently. Finding a replacement when the time comes will be difficult. The flush is fine, though it has clogged a few times in the months we’ve had it. It is easy to clean and was easy to install for my husband, (he’s done a few toilet installs though) so it may not be for a newbie. It fits well in our small space for the toilet. ... show more

I've always been one that likes things that are unique from everyone else's things and this fits the bill. I love the sleek design, and the functionality of it. The dual flush works great and I anticipate it will be easy to clean.

    • Broken Toilet
This was the second toilet that was broken. The first was installed by our contractor and leaked on our new bathroom floor. The toilet was not sealed by the manufacturer correctly. The seller directed us to discard the item and they would send a new one. Received 2nd toilet and knew it was broken before we opened the box. Opened box and was correct. Tried to contact seller but unable. Went through return process only to find out that they wanted us to delver to UPS. Had to pay UPS to pick up item because it was to heavy for us to take to UPS ourselves. ... show more
