what a rollercoaster of frustration. The newest issue, despite getting a damaged key due to shipping, but the MANUFACTURER used screws to put the kickstand on the bike that are so long that they RUBBED the tire and now there are exposed threads on the tire. I'm so fed up with this absolute POS situation, I'm pissed at myself for spending $1k on a bike that I stupidly saw "top ebike" article, the bike I chose was the best, only to realize it was reviews on only this brand So, don't buy this, don't waste your money. Look locally, having this shipped was sent through FedEx, that was #1 issue, got damaged product 👍

Terrible. If youre uphill AT ALL the speed is more like 10 mph... No torque off the line either. Headlight barely does anything. Turn signals dont always work. Brake light sometimes doesnt work. Even when toghtened to spec nuts on front axle constantly come loose. When pedaling, chain loves to drop off and get wedged between gears and frame. poor return policy.

Es buena corre bien pero es delicada hay que tener cuidado ⚠️ de evitar que las baterías reciban golpes y poner funda protector para el frío o la calor ya que a mi se me daño la pequeña por golpes de personas que intentaron robarla y si Sele poncha la goma tracera compré algún tipo de gato idraulico por qué llenarla requiere también acomodar bien la gomas por qué se tuerce y rebota al conducir pero todo lo demás está bien

I’m an experienced bike builder with decades of experience. Purchased this for the wife and kids to use. Out of the box the forks were slightly bent backwards. The battery mount on the frame was cracked and the tray for the speed control was broken. The derailer guard and hanger were bent into the rear rim. Tried to turn it on and it would not power up. Found disconnected wires on the speed control from the cracked tray. Buyer beware.
