This is my first bike ever and it was quite easy to learn how to drive, and it seems to be really nice and cool bike. The only thing I didn’t like is the manual. The barcode for installation guide didn’t work and I had to follow the manual and it was quite challenging, especially I never had any experience with electric bikes assembly . At the end everything looks very easy but on the stage of figuring out it was very unclear what to do. I had to search for YouTube videos to figure out some of the assembly details.

This was an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. The item arrived defective and unsafe — both brake discs were deformed and cracked, creating a serious safety hazard. Despite providing clear evidence and contacting customer service multiple times, the issue was not properly resolved. The seller offered only a small partial refund and expected me to pay for return shipping on their faulty product. I would not recommend buying from this seller — poor quality, unsafe product, and terrible customer service.

Rear tire inner tube had a weak spot and blew out the tire first ride at 15lbs of pressure No major issue I ordered heavy duty tubes and tires. Bike overall is amazing and is nice to ride and pulls short hills very well and I weigh 230lbs. Just needs instructions on how to change settings on display. If available please forward information.

The media could not be loaded. The Bike itself is awesome! There is no denying that. It has a huge battery, and a website you can purchase a second battery for. You pedal to get up to speed and then just throttle down to cruise. I rode 7 miles and only used 1/3 the battery. The bike seems a bit small for me I am 6 ft. But it's not uncomfortable. The only major complaint I have is there is no instructions to switch the LED digital display to MPH & Miles from Kmh & kilometers.

My first Ebike, I love it. Fast but not too fast, powerful still, you DO NOT wanna fall off this thing. Back tire was flat out of the box but it took air just fine. I like the key start, adds peace of mind. Super fun to ride, I do recommend getting a second battery, mine hasn't run out but it's better to be safe than stranded. And it looks amazing.
