Since bike has arrived and have driven around a small bit. The pedal has snapped without taking any damage. The brakes grind and squeal no matter what and had adjusted by a local e-bike shop. Both tires got a little thorn in them and managed to pop both tires. Kickstand won’t stay securely on and has to be retightened constantly. One of the batteries arrived defective and won’t work. Braking is not very good with the brakes grinding constantly. Avoid this bike and company at all costs. Save and buy better more reputable Brand.

Really top heavy with the extra battery. Heavy in general. Good price and quality is good. 4 stars cause it is slower and under powered then I expected. First e bike and works great for my 100lb son. Not so great for my 210lb body though. Have to peddle when going up most inclines.

I bought the QS7 with the extra battery and the plate on the bottom of the battery that connects to the bike was poorly put together and the bolts have wobbled lose and battery tore off mid rode down the road. Plus the left brake is your engine brake it completely snapped on me while applying both brakes at the same time now the bike sometimes if I catch it right engages the motor for e bike. The bolt holding the gear shifter 1-7 cracked off aswell so it just dangles there its upsetting g because I bought it to get to work an now she's kinda slowly falling apart on me. Haven't looked into replacement parts or if this is something others have encountered aswell. Do you have upgrades for the bike or some extra brake levers an so.e left over bolts from my bike I could possibly ask for? Otherwise I'm still giving it a 3 star it's a solid bike just materials are not up to par the bike came almost ready to ride and I went over everything tightened connected an such. Hope someone reaches out to me, and today catches fire and almost burned everything I own down

I bought the bike and motor is not working. I have tried to reach the seller but have not been successful even after leaving recorded messages on their phone. I wanted to return the bike but I have to pay shipping at half the price I bought the bike. I am disappointed!

Would rate lower if possible Tires came popped support wasnt to helpful ended up getting a different set of tires then when I actually rode it I bent the forks supper easy I'm only 130 lb wasn't breaking the speed of light altho the range was impressive the overall build quality was sub par I would rather save my money and go with a repdable retailer

I can't do a proper review as this bike was stolen with a couple of days of delivery. All security of the bike was removed by the perp. Son rode once and liked it power.
