I was skeptical as the two forty-five pound “Signature” plates were a bit cheaper than the “Standard” plates of the same weight that I purchased a while back. But the “Signature” plates are really good. First, they weigh 44.7 and 44.8:pounds (respectively) according to my digital scale, which a far more precise tolerance than my other plates (including 2 York plates). Second, the finish is uniform in color and is very smooth. Next, they fit perfectly onto my 2 inch bars, with no wobble. They differ from the Amazon illustration in that there is an area that serves as a convenient handhold, that makes loading, unloading, and carrying them easy. I have attached a pic.

Ordered a complete set, pair of each in GRAY - 45lb, 35lb, 25lb, 10lb, 5lb. Received a totally RANDOM assortment of colors and styles. The 5lb were 1" inch hole diameter and only received 2 plates, instead of 4, so those have to be returned. Otherwise they're functional. If you don't care about color or style then you might be okay. Returning the heavier plates would be a pain though, so don't plan on doing that.

Exactly what I was looking for and at an excellent price. Weight as indicated per digital scale measurement. Amazed at all of the negative reviews for this product citing such things as "one plate arrived before the other" - so what, they both eventually arrived - it's a shipping issue (i.e. UPS or FedEx), not a product issue, or "It had a scuff or a chip" - again, so what? It's a weight plate - if your gym your plates have no scuff or chips, then they serve no purpose other than for show and are not being utilized. Personally, I could not be happier with the product I received, especially given the price point; and yes, one arrived before the other and yes, the finish is not glossy perfect, but again, who cares? They are weight plates!

These were not deep dish plates despite what the description said. Even so they are in good condition and the price was excellent so I can't beat the value and will keep them.
