- VINTAGE DESIGN: The Fitvids Deep Dish Plates are inspired by old school competition weightlifting. Historically, deep dish plates were favored more for functionality than aesthetic, as their increased surface area minimized the damage to wooden platforms and rubber mats when droppedbut over time, they grew to be equally prized for their vintage appearance.
- MULTI-PURPOSE: Classic weight plates can be used to perform muscle strengthening exercises, endurance training, as well as increase both flexibility and balance. Bring the gym home with these Solid Cast Iron Plates!
- OLYMPIC STYLE PLATES : Constructed of Solid Cast Iron with a 2-inch machine drilled hole and durable Silver Enamel finish. Simple, classic, and tough enough to endure a rock-solid workout! Note: Each weight plate has a 2-inch center hole diameter that is designed to fit on standard Olympic Barbells.
- DURABLE E-COAT FINISH: This electrically-applied paint coating was also initially developed for the automotive industry, due to its excellent adhesion, even coverage, and corrosion resistance. As a wet application, E-coat goes on thinner than powder coating, resulting in a smooth feel that retains more of the natural grit of the casting.
- MULTI-OPTIONS: Available in black and gray, with options of single pairs or 2-pair setscheck out the selections above to find your perfect fit!

Much Better than Expected!
Style: 45lb (SET OF 2)
Color: Black
I was skeptical as the two forty-five pound “Signature” plates were a bit cheaper than the “Standard” plates of the same weight that I purchased a while back. But the “Signature” plates are really good. First, they weigh 44.7 and 44.8:pounds (respectively) according to my digital scale, which a far more precise tolerance than my other plates (including 2 York plates). Second, the finish is uniform in color and is very smooth. Next, they fit perfectly onto my 2 inch bars, with no wobble. They differ from the Amazon illustration in that there is an area that serves as a convenient handhold, that makes loading, unloading, and carrying them easy. I have attached a pic.

Great product
Style: 45lb (SET OF 2)
Color: Gray
Excellent quality. As advertised. Just not too pleased with how the delivery company just dropped it by my garage door right where we drive, but that’s a logistics issue, not a product issue.

You won't get what you ordered.
Style: 10lb (SET OF 4)
Color: Gray
Ordered a complete set, pair of each in GRAY - 45lb, 35lb, 25lb, 10lb, 5lb. Received a totally RANDOM assortment of colors and styles. The 5lb were 1" inch hole diameter and only received 2 plates, instead of 4, so those have to be returned. Otherwise they're functional. If you don't care about color or style then you might be okay. Returning the heavier plates would be a pain though, so don't plan on doing that.

Excatly what I was looking for - at an excellent price!
Exactly what I was looking for and at an excellent price. Weight as indicated per digital scale measurement. Amazed at all of the negative reviews for this product citing such things as "one plate arrived before the other" - so what, they both eventually arrived - it's a shipping issue (i.e. UPS or FedEx), not a product issue, or "It had a scuff or a chip" - again, so what? It's a weight plate - if your gym your plates have no scuff or chips, then they serve no purpose other than for show and are not being utilized. Personally, I could not be happier with the product I received, especially given the price point; and yes, one arrived before the other and yes, the finish is not glossy perfect, but again, who cares? They are weight plates!

Not deep dish plates, but unbeatable price for 45 pound plates
Style: 45lb (SET OF 2)
Color: Black
These were not deep dish plates despite what the description said. Even so they are in good condition and the price was excellent so I can't beat the value and will keep them.
