These are extremely soft and look fabulous, however, they DO shed! I read nearly every review, and most say it doesn't shed. It Sheds!! But not excessive. I decided to wash it after reading a review where the reviewer indicated that it fixed the shedding problem, but I also read another where it was completely tangled after being put in a dryer. I washed it in cold water and dried it on the gentle/eco-mode, mostly air dried (low heat). There is some sort of string in the hem of the throw that is not sewn, but floats, in other words it's like a draw strong on a pair of sweatpants. This will cause the throw to become a ball of completely tangled fabric, however, with a little patience and care, I was able to unravel it and get it back to its original shape. The shedding has been almost eliminated, but hopefully the next time I wash it, the shedding will be completely gone. I liked it so much that I purchased 2 of the small throws and 2 queen sized (2 cream/2 black). While I recommend this brand, I do caution you on washing and drying them. You should not use a high-speed spin cycle, hot water or high heat when drying. If you use the eco-mode, air dry or fluff, or the lowest heat setting, it will be fine, you'll just have to reshape it as describe above. Yes, it will take longer to dry, I ran mine in Eco-mode for 1 hour before it was dry enough for me to drape it over my couch to allow it to dry 100%. YMMV

I bought this on a whim, when I was sitting around being slightly chilly. The description said it was super soft, and the price was reasonable. It came wrapped up in a vacuum sealed ball, I was very skeptical. When I unwrapped it I noticed how soft it is. I am amazed by how gorgeous it is, and just how comforting. I can wrap myself up in this when I wake up in the morning, and it will put me back to sleep just because of the comfort level! I don’t normally write a lot of reviews, but I feel that this is highly underrated. I haven’t washed it yet, I am almost afraid to. If it washes as well as I hope, it will be amazing. You won’t be disappointed!

This blanket is super soft and lightweight! I got it for myself but my daughter keeps taking it in her room lol. It’s a great blanket for just sitting on the couch and even sleeping considering I live in the desert and these types of blankets are usually very hot. I definitely will be buying another one for my kiddo for Christmas now. To prevent it from becoming matted I washed it in delicate cycle cold water and air dried it after. Just rubbed my hand over the fur once dry to separate the hairs again and it was like new!

This blanket is extremely soft and hard to keep your hands off of. The only thing that I don't really like it that it leave little bits of "fur" around. It'll get on your clothes on your furniture.. it CAN get a little warm too, so if you're hot natured maybe wait till fall or winter to cozy up under this. I put this throw in my cart and them decided to check reviews for feedback. Wasn't really sure about purchasing. After reading the reviews I couldn't believe how positive they were, so I purchased it. Once it poofed out of the plastic wrap I was shocked. It was full and soft. The tie dye color was muted in colors that made it unique. If your on the fence buy it. You won't be disappointed. It's perfect on a navy velvet chair for accent colors.
