These shoes destroy tights, but something must be worn as a barrier between skin and shoe or the material rubs and causes chafing and rawness on the ankles. I recommend wearing with high socks. I am not used to boots destroying tights or chafing my skin, so this is why I rated these low. Material and design are lower quality. Fit on the foot is comfortable, appearance is on the cheap side but cute enough for work.
