This alternator was the perfect fit for a 2006 Chrysler 300. This was a very easy bolt-in, plug in, belt on install. PROS: * Great quality. Very clean and obviously remanufactured to high specs. * Pulley is correct for the vehicle * 12v post is new, well insulated from ground and comes with a proper nut and lock-down slot for OEM wiring * Exciter Plug is OEM for the application and was a perfect fit for the factory pigtail. * Case fitment is machined perfectly to allow precise install with OE bracket and block mounts. * Provides a perfect 14.5V output to the battery as factory intended. CONS * None. This is a 5 star rating. There are no drawbacks to this alternator. This alternator cost much less than an OE replacement yet performs strongly. The install on my 300 should have been simple, but being a Michigan car everything is corroded, so what should have been 25 minutes was 3 1/2 hours, sad to put such a shinny new part on the corroded engine, but it fit perfect, works great and the price was awesome. For 53 Dollars I didn't expect a new item but this thing was trash. I expected it to be refurbished and it was. The thing I didn't expect was for it be fubar the bolt in the back was cut in half. The plug on the back was basically gone maybe 30 percent was left. The bolts all lined up and it did work but I wouldn't recommend it. ... show more
