The media could not be loaded. Edit: So I requested for a replacement yesterday and it came today. I put up the lights and it’s amazing!!! I love how they quickly got me a replacement. The lights are amazing!!! Ok so I got these and I was really excited to put them in my sisters room. I tested them before doing too much. They worked. But once I was done putting them up on ceiling one of the strip didn’t work. I put all the hard work of sticking it up top and then all my hard work went to waste. So half the room is lit up while the other is not. But on the other note. The one strip that did work. Is pretty good it’s really bright and the adhesive is ok it’s not that strong. While putting them on they seemed to unstick. I had to go over it again and press. I did everything according to the instructions. Apart form the one strip not working and my hard work going to waste. It’s great. I wish the one strip worked. I want a replacement so we’ll see. I am not going to undo all my hard work and return the whole thing. I will just return the strip that isn’t working. I just need that one strip that’s missing. ... show more

The lights arrived with everything i needed inside the box to get it set up for my daughter and everything worked the first time, and honestly that alone was kind of a triumph in itself because you never know anymore with all these online vendors operating half way around the world. The installation was a little confusing because you can plug the lights strips into the receiver two different ways but only one way works, so when we hooked everything up the first time it appeared to not be working. Once we switched it around it worked exactly like we were expecting. The lights get very bright, the colors are varied (rgb scheme plus the colors that rgb combine to make so all in all r-o-y-g-b-i-v) and the strip is super sticky. It's so sticky in fact that i believe it would damage paint/drywall when trying to remove so be mindful of that when choosing a place for it. The remote works great as well. but had a few features that weren't clear at first how to use but we eventually figured that out too... all said this really is a good product and i'm glad we bought it... i would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for something like this! ... show more

Bought 4 packs. A section on one string doesn't work. Would of been 5 as they are what I expected, multi-colored LED's.

Update: The company reached out to me via email to apologize, offered me a FULL refund, which was already awesome all in itself, and then they proceeded to offer to send me a brand new package to replace the original ones I had troubles with. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE, so friendly, and turned my disappointment into relief and happiness! Thanks so much! Original: I bought these for my daughter for Christmas, and I loved how they were so easy to put up, the color was vibrant and fun, so I wanted some for our living room.. now, this next set of lights I got, the adhesive had a hard time sticking to the wall, it started falling down as soon as we would move to the next area of the wall to continue sticking, and once it was up we noticed the color was not consistent, on the white setting, we get a mixture of different shades of blue, green, and yellow... The other roll of lights the adhesive was too sticky on the paper part that you are supposed to pull off of the light strip itself, that it completely ripped the light strip, and we only got like 2 feet of it up. The remote needs to be pointed directly at the receiver and even then, you have to push the buttons really hard and multiple times for it to register anything.. Overall, I know they can be good lights, and I feel that this was a bad “batch”... if I can get a free replacement, I will switch to 5 stars because I know they aren’t all this bad.... ... show more

    • Get different lights!

TLDR: Didn't work- got a replacement- returned broken ones- got charged months later- and then those broke too I have 3 sets of these lights up in my classroom. I love the idea. I put one set up and they would only show the red light, so I asked for a replacement, took the red only lights down, mailed them back, and put up the new set. The new set still isn't quite right and lights up differently than my other two sets when I use some of the colors, but I make it work. I thought, "Oh well." Then months after I sent the broken ones back, I got a charge to my Amazon card from DAYBETTER. I was told that I'd be charged for the replacement if I didn't send the broken ones back, so I sent the broken ones back right away. What would I want with broken lights? Grr. Now it seems I have to do an appeal and fill out a bunch of forms. I don't have the receipt for returning them. Grr. Not worth the hassle. Get different lights. Now the replacement lights only show red. Seriously. ... show more
