I love these lights. I have bought the 40 ft. One in the past. I bought the 100 ft. One to put in a different room. Only downfall is the adapter to plug everything into is a shorter cord. I don't want to start the light strip where the adapter has reached in the past. They should all come with at least a 6 ft. Cord. So now I'm trying to buy one of these longer cords before I put them on my wall. ... show more

Bought 4 packs. A section on one string doesn't work. Would of been 5 as they are what I expected, multi-colored LED's.

Update: The company reached out to me via email to apologize, offered me a FULL refund, which was already awesome all in itself, and then they proceeded to offer to send me a brand new package to replace the original ones I had troubles with. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE, so friendly, and turned my disappointment into relief and happiness! Thanks so much! Original: I bought these for my daughter for Christmas, and I loved how they were so easy to put up, the color was vibrant and fun, so I wanted some for our living room.. now, this next set of lights I got, the adhesive had a hard time sticking to the wall, it started falling down as soon as we would move to the next area of the wall to continue sticking, and once it was up we noticed the color was not consistent, on the white setting, we get a mixture of different shades of blue, green, and yellow... The other roll of lights the adhesive was too sticky on the paper part that you are supposed to pull off of the light strip itself, that it completely ripped the light strip, and we only got like 2 feet of it up. The remote needs to be pointed directly at the receiver and even then, you have to push the buttons really hard and multiple times for it to register anything.. Overall, I know they can be good lights, and I feel that this was a bad “batch”... if I can get a free replacement, I will switch to 5 stars because I know they aren’t all this bad.... ... show more

The lights arrived with everything i needed inside the box to get it set up for my daughter and everything worked the first time, and honestly that alone was kind of a triumph in itself because you never know anymore with all these online vendors operating half way around the world. The installation was a little confusing because you can plug the lights strips into the receiver two different ways but only one way works, so when we hooked everything up the first time it appeared to not be working. Once we switched it around it worked exactly like we were expecting. The lights get very bright, the colors are varied (rgb scheme plus the colors that rgb combine to make so all in all r-o-y-g-b-i-v) and the strip is super sticky. It's so sticky in fact that i believe it would damage paint/drywall when trying to remove so be mindful of that when choosing a place for it. The remote works great as well. but had a few features that weren't clear at first how to use but we eventually figured that out too... all said this really is a good product and i'm glad we bought it... i would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for something like this! ... show more

DO NOT BUY and look at these reviews as the same problem is occurring all the time!!! After using about 20 times, the remote no longer works and probably the control box is defective. There is no one to call nor does their Contact us work. I put them in a China cabinet so it was not an easy install and now, they stay on red and only blink when pressing a new color. I have had other LED lights in the basement that have worked for years by Govee and other brands. You are not only wasting your money, you will be very upset after putting these up and stuck with junk. ... show more
