I was hesitent to purchase after some reviews said it came damaged. I bought it anyway and decided to roll the dice. I t came in perfect condition. The instructions were easy to follow. My only complaints would be the choice in screw they used. It was really difficult to get the angle needed to screw them in, while pregnant. This is definitely not a decades long solution but for a nursery going into toddler years this is a great option. I purchased a second one with my second son. We purchased this dresser for the new baby joining us soon. Great quality, heavy and sturdy. The dresser did take some time to assemble but worth the time. Fit perfectly in the room and will fit a changing station on top. We highly recommend this dresser.

I almost didn't buy this dresser for my daughters room bc some of the guys said it was hard to put together but thought I would give it a shot. I'm 7 months pregnant and put it together myself! It wasn't hard at all just took some time. It's beautiful and I'm really glad I ordered it!

You CAN put this dresser together! At first, I decided to purchase and chance the reviews. On step 2 of assembly, the reviews seemed to come true. There was a lot of cursing and frustration because of the plastic pieces on the screws. The screws would go in and were just spinning. On step 2 of 15, we were about to throw the thing away and eat the money. HOWEVER, what the instructions do NOT tell you is the appropriate way to put the plastic piece on. After some swapping tries back and forth with my husband, we realized the top “arch” of the plastic piece needs to go in towards the hole you are screwing. It was magic - everything moved quickly and we assembled the whole dresser in less than an hour. Without this tip, we certainly would have quit. Please learn from the picture attached, this is the WRONG position. The black plastic piece should be inverted 180 degrees. Now that the dresser is together and that we know we cannot be on a HGTV Reno show together, the dresser is beautiful and seems pretty solid.
