The cam itself is pretty easy to set up. Screen size, and, quality just right for me. I did try the suction cup attachment first, but I couldn't get it to stay. I ended up just using the fixture directly on the windshield. Power cord is plenty long, so it gives you options on where and how to run the cable. Will buy again for my wife's car.     • VERY disappointing customer "service" - and the GPS didn't work

I bought two of the earlier versions of this unit in 2019 and was happy with them. Recently they were acting up - issues with having to constantly recover the video when starting up the cameras on both units, and one was bulging due to battery expansion - so when I saw this updated model I ordered two of them. When they arrived I had a question for the company so I wrote to them on their site and on their Facebook page (which hasn't been updated or replied to for ages) as well as Facebook messages. No answer to about 6 attempts. I gave up waiting for an answer and installed one of the units, only to find it was not recording the GPS data. This was a key issue for me, as I really want the data to prove I'm not speeding if anything goes wrong. The company claimed the older GPS module would work just fine so that was a key selling point, not having to buy new ones. I again wrote to them via email, their website, Facebook post, and Messenger. I had just about given up when a few days later I got this: Hi Bill, Thank you for contacting us! We have checked the new camera with an old GPS unit and it works. The first time it takes some time to activate. You have to drive for approximately 30 minutes, then check, and it will work. Warm regards, Joshua Customer Support Specialist @ WheelWitness Well, OK, I'll try it. Made no sense as I could see the GPS signal was OK on the status screen, but it always showed 0:0 for latitude and longitude. I drove for about two hours and zero change. It never indicates a GPS lock nor does it record any GPS data. I've given up trying to work with this outfit. No answers to questions and a unit that doesn't work straight out of the box. Very good product, durability, perfect for truck driving I know God protect me but if he wants to judge me I want it to record it, now days people are on the phone all the time braking with no reason and moving into my line. I used to have the previous version the Hd pro and it still working but I just want to upgrade, would be better if the GPS could work as a tracking device but still interesting, another thing it need is capacity to support more memory like 256 gb or 500 gb but 128 still good. Would be better if I could connect it to a hot spot to get wiFi to monitor it from any device but what it does is let others devices connect to its wiFi but closed circuit and not internet connection.
