This unit is awesome. Massive screen, tons of features and customization option, great sound controls. It was super easy to install, videos are online if you have any trouble. You pretty much just plug stuff in. It blends in so nicely with my 2016 Honda Civic. You wouldn’t know this wasn’t a factory stereo! The boot up time is super fast even if it’s been fully powered off. Works with almost every feature from my car including the AC controls, right LaneView camera, backup camera, steering wheel controls, speakers. On top of that, the seller was very communicative and helpful. Any questions I had before and after receiving the unit were answered very fast and with organized structure to the response. It shipped way before expected. I already bought another unit for my wife’s Nissan and it’s going to arrive early as well. This is one of the few brands in this space (Chinese android stereo units) that is reliable and has great customer service. But the other two brands don’t have the specs and transparency that Dasaita has. I’m very happy and would buy more if I had more cars. I have a feeling a few of my friends will be asking me to install some in theirs soon.

Customer support for this product is terrible. Since the beginning of the year when I bought I’ve had problems like the “built in wifi” does NOT work. Apple plays fails to connect at times and it’s only been a few months with the screen and there seems to be dust inside the screen. Terrible product

Installation is a breeze, plug and play in the best term used to describe it. It works flawlessly on CarPlay which is the feature I bought it for. The built in navigation is annoying because it beeps at you for going 1 mph over the speed limit so it’s better to use google or Apple Maps with CarPlay or android auto. Boots up with the Honda logo which I thought was cool. Fits well and looks almost oem if it didn’t have the brand logo on it you could mistake it for oem. I bought a cheaper unit of a different brand name originally and ended up returning it and buying this one instead. So far no real complaints other than the built in navigation software.

A couple of caveats: first, the car I installed this device in was a 2019 Honda Civic hatchback EX-L. Second, your results with this device may vary. I suspect that I received a device that had already been returned once, because certain key components necessary for a successful installation were missing from the box (such as the Canbus module, one of the USB adapter cables, any cable that would have worked to adapt the AM/FM radio and the manual). I tried to communicate with the seller regarding these issues, after I installed the device. I didn't really get any useful information in response, although they were certainly friendly and personable enough-and then after a couple of days, the device screen went black and stayed that way. I tried holding down the RST button for up to 3 min, holding it on startup, etc. Nothing worked, so I asked the seller for advice. I received the following odd and somewhat alarming reply: Thanks for your reply. Sincerely sorry about this problem brought you bad user experience. To better assist you, please confirm the following information: 1. How long have you pressed the RST button underneath the microphone? Is it over 15 seconds? or longer? 2. Please tape a short video when you do the following operation: Disassemble the unit and show all the parts inside the unit, especially the core board. Then please send the video to us via e-address. The address was offered to you in our previous letters. Please check the attachment marked "2US" in previous letters. Thank you for your time and cooperation in advance, we look forward to your reply. Best regards, Saita Navi---S This made me somewhat suspicious, to put it mildly. I don't know about you, but I have NEVER in my entire life heard of ANY electronic device whose warranty isn't immediately rendered completely null and void if it is completely disassembled by the owner. So I contacted Amazon, and regretfully, returned the device. I give it two stars. because even though it only worked for a couple of days, the DSP in the unit sounded boss, and the wireless CarPlay worked flawlessly.

EDIT: Got a replacement after a couple hours with support. The new unit behaved much more like what I expected out of a $600 head unit. I’ve had no issues at all except sometimes when I start the car the bluetooth does not connect to my phone but restarting fixes it so not too bad. Only had the unit for a couple days and each day I’ve had to factory reset it after the system tells me it could not start up Android (boot takes 10 minutes before it reaches that point). Currently not worth the $500 upgrade from my Honda Civic 2016 LX’s bluetooth head unit. When the device was working it was buttery smooth and wireless CarPlay worked great. But if I have to set it up everyday then I cannot recommend this product. I have contacted the seller and will update my review if I am able to get it working properly or get a new unit.

Great and easy replacement compared to other after market options that were available. The first year all was great and I was really enjoying the radio. After the first year and a few iPhone updates and now the wireless CarPlay is hit or miss. I will start the car and notice the zlink app not auto start or stay stuck on the waiting screen. Only solution is to install a third party app to bring up the power menu and restart(real pain). Before this would only be necessary once in awhile but now it can happen multiple times in a day of driving. Sometimes turning the hotspot on the radio off and then back on helps but not always. Outside of restarting I can plug my phone in and wait as it tries to pair but shouldn’t be needed. Beats my stock no gps head unit but pains really get to you. Support is great but no suggestions or update files have completely resolved the issue.
