This chair is my preferred comfort chair by far, it is well made and attractive and the best chair for me at this time due to the leg support. It gives me more room by the width. It does not sit as high as I would like but it is enough. This is the first time to buy a gaming chair online. I was afraid the backrest and headrest may not be at right positions for my build. But when I first sitting in this gaming chair, everything is better than expected. I really like the color and back support. The color is beautiful, cheering up my office. Its seat is really comfortable and the backrest supports my back. The assembly process was as good as could be expected,I have ample experience assembling furniture and took a half and hour all together.

After figuring out how to attach the legs. Everything else was simple and easy to manage. They should include how to video instead of writing a note to have to ask to send a help video. I wasted hours on waiting for a response. Usually the legs are the one thing already assembled. Overall I love the chair, and massaged cushion. 5 stars on the chair, 3 stars on putting it together. All 5 legs came separately. It is impossible to get these attached ! I tried reaching out to company haven't heard back yet..I really.hope they are able to help because this chair wasn't cheap

I did so much research into a good chair for wide hips, it's surprising how had it is to find one.So far. I’ve had it for almost weeks so I’ve been able to test it out enough to give an honest review. It's comfortable I work from home a lot of the time and play games so I have sat in this for hours on end without any discomfort as opposed to other chairs I've tried.The whole chairs is adjustable too instead of having the tilty chair that makes you feel like you're gonna fall.The plastic is heavy duty and all the bolts are sturdy. I also appreciate the neck cushion; it strikes a good balance between softness and firmness.It's a great buy and offers excellent value for its price.

Extremely disappointed with this chair, not comfortable, leg rest is flimsy and clunky. Arms are wobbly and don’t secure well. The leather is poorly manufactured and sewn. It was a waste of money

I spent a few weeks looking for a new office chair and settled on this one. Big mistake. To start, the first two illustrations for assembling the seat were backwards. Once I did the opposite and put the seat together I reached the point of attaching the seat to the back, only the screws went through the holes with nothing to hold them - no nuts included or anything. Then the response I got from the company - a single line answer that had nothing to do with my inquiry, made me realize this had to go back, so right now it's sitting on my doorstep waiting for UPS and I have to start my search all over again. On the plus side, everything was well-packaged and it did seem nice. Shame I had to send it back.

I got this gift for bf’s bday , i did the two day shipping and everything came brand new, it was super easy to put together (only 7 steps) and he loves it! first thing he did was show all his friends🥹. the built in massaging lumbar pillow is very strong, the recliner works well and feels very supported, the leg rest kinda annoying if you’re going to sit at a desk but it’s easy to remove:)
