If you are jumping on the sourdough starter trend, this is one of two must haves! The other is a big glass jar. This dough whisk has changed the game for me with my starter. I keep a larger starter bc I share a lot and bake a lot. I haven’t found a wooden or plastic spoon that can keep up with this whisk. It helps cut down on time and effort of getting Polly fed daily. Also it is soooo much easier to clean than a wooden spoon.
