The media could not be loaded. These are great and an amazing deal. I added these above my kitchen cabinets (after cleaning and scrubbing the years of greasy dust buildup up there that no one could see) and what an improvement... I love all the different light patterns and color options, you can't beat it for the price. The remote works great but the LotusLampX app for the phone give you so many other options and more control. The 10-ft. strip was perfect for the space I intended it and I used some gorilla tape along with a staple gun that straddles the light strip to hold it in place without removing the built-in adhesive cover. The brightness is fine, not so noticeable in the daylight but in low lighting and at night it is perfect. Have received a lot of compliments, I love it. Can't believe how little I paid for this, will definitely have to liven up some other dead areas of the house with these. ... show more

    • Won't stick, but gets the job done
I got these on sale ($26) so all in all, I don't regret getting these. Good: Colorful with interesting settings. The colors are vibrant! Meh: Not as bright as I expected, definitely more of an accent, when I was looking for both color and brightness. Comes in 2 reams instead of 1 large one, which took extra planning, but worked out in the end. Bad: I don't know if it's the paint on my walls, but I had to buy extra adhesive to get these to stick. I got little scotch sticker squares that I thought would do the trick, and even those wouldn't hold. I went ahead with craft tack (sticky tack) instead and so far that has worked. Because the adhesion was so difficult, it took me about 6 hours to finish lining my ceiling with these lights. Additionally, I had to trim off about 6 inches of excess to get the lights to light up- idk if that was just for mine or if anyone else has also experienced this. I know the positives are less than the negatives, but overall, these lights accomplish what I wanted at a decent price. If you line your baseboards with these, you may have fewer problems because gravity will be working with you, but overall I don't regret this purchase. If you're looking to spice up your room with something fun, give these a try, but be prepared for some extra elbow grease and possible spending. ... show more

I was hesitant to buy this at first. I didn’t think it was going to work as advertised. Boy was I wrong!😁 This works so well and looks so beautiful in my livingroom. The remote works well and so does the app on my phone. I plan on buying another one for my bedroom.

Every TV viewing session at night at our house began with a subtle battle. One of us likes to have a light on while watching the television. The other one of us would prefer to be able to see the screen without the glare that any light in the background inevitably produced. This product absolutely delighted us both. My husband said it was a little challenging to put on, and I am a little leery of well it will stay attached, but as my one guilty pleasure from the last Amazon sale, I was really happy with the purchase. I haven’t had a chance to play with the remote (which seemed to lag a little bit) or the App (didn’t even realize there was an app until I read more reviews), but the light is pretty and banishes the need for a screen-obscuring lamp in the room. Anything else is a fun bonus. Love that it plugs into the TV since open plugs are at a premium in the room. It would be nice if there was more in the way of instructions, both installation and use of the lights, but these days I am used to digging around the internet if I can’t figure it out on my own. These lights nicely fit our 65” TV. Looking forward to experimenting with all the modes! ... show more

TERRIBLE QUALITY. THE REMOTE BROKE IN 2 WEEKS. EVEN WHEN WE GOT IT NEW, THE REMOTE WOULD BARELY WORK. EVEN WHEN WE WERE RIGHT NEXT TO the lights, the SENSOR WOULD NOT PICK UP THE SIGNAL. 1/5. DO NOT BUY.

    • Broken in a few months. Peels off paint on walls. Disappointed.
I hung these lights up in my room for my birthday, absolutely loved them. We had difficulties hanging them up, though. The part thats supposed to come off on the back barely came off, we were about to hammer them in. Very difficult to peel off. Then, they stick too well, but also they don't. At first they kept sticking to places then when we peeled them off they took off my paint. Still have to repaint. Then in the corners they just don't stick. Eventually I unplugged them because I don't use them much. The one day I plugged back in, broken. No messed up wires, no cuts where they aren't supposed to be, just broken. I did some investigation and when I touched the LEDs they turned on but very dim. No idea what happened to them. Now I have to peel them all off (and the paint on my walls, most likely), and spend more money to buy new ones. And it DEFINITELY won't be from this brand. ... show more
