This CHAOREN Leather Braided Mens Belt looks to be every bit as good as the competitor's belt by Dockers, which I have worn for years. The leather belt portion is basically identical, although (oddly) the CHAOREN belt neglects to mark the leather with a size marking. The metal buckle itself, appears to be equal in quality, but is a tad smaller than the buckle on the Dockers belt. This is of no consequence, however, as the look and the functionality is the same. I will post again if I find that the belt doesn't hold up, but my expectation, based own its construction and feel, is that it will.

Exactly what I expected -- excellent quality at a good price. I shopped the entire mall including Dillards and Macys and Nordstroms and could NOT find a woven leather belt. The Chaoren belt is perfect and it was delivered promptly.

The belt is well made, good quality leather, tightly braided with mercifully tightly spaced eye holes! Only comment is the skimping on the metal buckle. It is lightweight but nice looking. I wanted to replace my 25 year old brown woven leather belt which had frayed. The buckle on that one is classic and solid, hence my comment.

My husband wears out his belts. I have no idea why or how, but I decided to try a less expensive belt. So far, so good with this one. It looks just as nice as the more expensive belts he always wore, and he liked it. He actually liked it so much, I bought 2 more in different colors.

It looked like a great belt and this was the second one I ordered because the first one broke after 5 1/2 months. So here I am again at 5 1/2 months and the second o e broke tge same way the first one did. It’s a nice looking belt, but simply doesn’t last. I bohh uh that a similar belt about 10 years ago from Marshsls and it’s still functional.
