Fits on the counter nicely, looks good, and cooks the food well. I was hesitant to buy a 700-watt microwave but after purchasing this I know I have made the right decision. This little machine really cooks well to being only 700-watts. I was accustomed to having a much higher-wattage microwave, but I decided to downsize to a 700-watt. I had a very difficult time trying to get the current time set. Before setting it, I went through a little bit of irritation and tried to get it accomplished. And the child lock is a good feature if you have children (I am a great-grandmother, and I don't need that feature; there are no children living nearby), but please read the manual to see how to deactivate the child lock. And there is a "door open" button on the selection panel. Make sure if you have difficulty programming any kind of issue to unplug it and let it remain unplugged for 5 minutes thereafter, plug it back in. It took me hours to learn this. It is a computer, therefore computers have to be reset. I should have known that. Just learn from my mistake😏. I'm senior girl, but I'm still able to learn🧐.😁 It exceedingly surprised me in it's functionality. I did make the mistake of using a glass bowl, and it burst. I thought it was microwave safe, so don't make a mistake like I did. Make sure whatever glass bowl you put in their microwave is safe. If if you're accustomed to using a higher wattage microwave then you will have to add more time to cook then I higher a wattage one. My only complaint with this microwave is the manual it is so vague for people like me. I had to go on Google and to accomplish a solution for my issue. The noise level is low as well, and I like the color of the white. It kind of brightens up the countertop. Overall, I'm very pleased with this product. I do recommend it.😁 ... show more

Seems very nice! purchased this for my mother. Just be aware it comes with a child lock default setting take that off if you don't need it otherwise it's VERY confusing! Esp for a senior person.. to unlock it permanently- hit 7-9- and hold the "open door" button for 3 seconds (it'll show unlock).. super simple, I would do that for sure if you don't have any small children around and you want it unlocked all the time. ... show more

The box was beat up, has a good size dent but I tried it with a cup of water and it worked. So I'll keep it for now. If it stops working due to damage I will want to send it back. Thank you anyway vendor
