Great Carving and Chopping Knives
Purchased for a Christmas Present for my daughter. She said they worked really nice in everything she used them for and it was nice to have something really sharp to carve with and has made chopping, ie, onions and peppers go faster.

Look and feel much more expensive than they are
I bought this set for my son and he was impressed enough to send me a text saying "I used the new knives the other day and they're really good". Now, we're not professional chefs or anything but we both really like to cook and we understand the value of a good set of knives. I can't say how these will hold up over the long haul but they're apparently as good as some much more expensive knives I have. I'm considering getting a set for myself and putting them aside until my current set gives up the ghost.

I may have found a good knife
I’ve been using the small knife for the past 10 days, and it’s handled just about everything I’ve needed to cut with ease. It does a great job all day long. When I decided it was time to review it, I tested it on a Post-it note, and it sliced right through—something my other knives can’t do.
