Exactly how every home product should be: arrived in new condition without damage, no staining or cracks, installed very easily (slid right into the bracket), perfect length, and honestly, much higher quality than the ones that came with the place and had to be replaced (slightly thicker and sturdier).     • Amazing Product-Do not allow the naysayers to deter you from trying it.
Several vales of my blinds were broken at the tip and could no longer hang on the headrails without falling off. Being a typical woman, I had a mindblock against anything that requires hammering or drilling and thought it would be a big deal to fix it.I had tried to glue it back and even stapled them (yes, I did) but they would fall off a few hours later. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the actual vanes could be bought on Amazon without having to replace the whole set. Right before I clicked the order button, I read some reviews about how the pieces were coiled so tightly that they could not straighten out and I almost decided against buying it but I was desperate so I took a chance and I am so glad I did. My blinds are now hanging with no see through gaps and the so called impossible-to-straighten-out pieces are hanging beautifully and only have a very slight curve at the bottom. After coiling them the opposite way with my hands, they are straight and functional and beautiful. To say I am relieved is a total understatement. I am finally at peace without having to obsess over my peekaboo blinds. Great product!!!!! ... show more

Here from Alaska, the product does arrive rolled up however, I allowed them to form straight on their own and they now are completely straight all the way down!

    • Really hard to unbend
Great quality as described. However they come in a small box wrapped in a circle. The suggestion is the you rewrap them in the opposite direction so that they will lie flat. That didn't work for me my blind are now hanging with a slight curve. Hopefully gravity will win eventually.

The vertical blinds look great and it saves money when you don't have to buy the whole vertical set of blinds. I laid them down flat like I was advised for a day. Then I cut them the length of my present blinds. It was very easy to do with a tape measure, a pencil and a pair of scissors. The result was like a new set of vertical blinds. The replacement vertical blinds didn't work out. They didn't look like what was advertised on Amazon and didn't match what kind of blinds I had. I also didn't like the way they were shipped.
