Great AC/heat pump but there are better, more complete kits. Mine was missing many parts in the kit. The flexible electrical conduit was missing, the fuses for the disconnect box was missing, had the wrong connectors on both ends of the communication cord, the cord was 2' shorter than the hard lines and the beauty rings missing for the 3" thru hole. I have been waiting for this review. This is my second Daiken minisplit system install, and because the first install was flawless, I was comfortable with this name-brand company. I certainly was not disappointed in this unit. We had speedy shipping, an excellent price, and the quality was superb as expected. The shipper R&L was awesome; the driver was friendly and professional, and the communication was perfect. I know Daikin is a good product. I haven't installed the unit, yet. There are youtube videos to assist in planning process. A coupling is available to avoid requiring a flaring tool... good tip. I'll update this once installed.

BEWARE bought a Daikin mini split series, they shipped 2 inside units no outside unite, had to send one back & wait for outside unit, 3weeks later outside unit shows up Technician installs the system BUT the system has no refrigerant it has leaked out!!!!!!!!!! Bad unit!!!!! Between Amazon & Daikin it has been a nightmare & costly they don't pay for technician to do anything, & the stuff they want him to do literally takes an 8-hour day!!!!!!! WE are still trying to get this taken care of!!!!!!! We are out another $800.00 at this point, 2 1/2 MONTHS later still not taken care of!!!!!!!!!!!! ... show more
