I agonized over which cutter to buy and was so excited to receive this only to have it be not be the clean cuts I was expecting. It definitely cuts the paper but the edge will be a little bent from the blade pushing the paper into the groove. The cut is a little jagged looking so it doesn't match the other edges. I figured out I can get a sightly cleaner cut if I scoop out that groove every time before I use it but since the cuts aren't that clean anyway... Eh. I'm going to have to get something else that will give me a sharp, clean cut. ... show more

Im a solid three stars on this cutter. The blade is sharp and it's easy to slide across the paper, but the accuracy is a major negative for me - the way this is designed, it is really hard to align the paper and get on the nose cuts. Its very hard to tell where the blade will actually strike, vs other cutter that have a platform on either side of the blade and you can see where the blade with hit the paper. Its a great size, but overall, Im disappointed in the money I spent on this ... show more
