Matches the Brake pads on my 2016 Grand Caravan. There is a "rubberized" gasket attached to the back of the pads which appear to be used to serves as a buffer between the caliper piston and the brake pad back plate. I do not know if I should apply grease between the caliper piston and the backing plate as I usually do. I will assume it is to serve the same purpose to reduce noise so, I just installed the pads as is. So far, the brakes appear to be doing their job. Only time will tell if they are as good as the OEM pads they are replacing PRO: 1. Cost for a complete set of pads (front and rear) is the same (or less than) as just ONE set of name brand purchased locally. 2. Fit perfectly on my 2016 Grand caravan NEUTRAL: 1. Unlike other pads I've bought in the past, these do not seem to be "thermal scorched" for a faster break-in. Therefore, a proper break-in should be done after installation. 2. The set only includes the brake pads but DO NOT include the mounting clips so, you must either reuse your old mounting clips or, purchase them separately. Thankfully my old clips were in excellent condition and just needed cleaning. At 70K miles I thought it was time to just replace my pads pre-emptively. I was surprised that there was still almost 1/2 the pad remaining. I hope these wear as well ... show more
